Cancellation and Refund Policy

At eSaheli Mahila Vikas Foundation (EMVF), we are committed to delivering social impact by providing free skill development opportunities to underprivileged women through our Saksham Card initiative. Since we operate as a not-for-profit and utilize donations solely for charitable distribution of services (not tangible products), our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

1. Donations
- Donations made to EMVF are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Once a donation is processed, no cancellation is permitted as the funds are immediately allocated toward programmatic implementation.
- Donors will receive a confirmation email and an 80G tax exemption certificate (where applicable) for all contributions.

2. Saksham Card Distribution
- Saksham Cards are provided free of charge to eligible women beneficiaries.
- These cards are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.
- In the rare case of a technical issue with the eSaheli portal (non-access or invalid code), please write to us at contact@esahelifoundation.org within 7 days of receiving your card, and we will assist with re-issuance or troubleshooting.

3. Incorrect Payment or Duplication
- ⁠In the case of duplicate transactions or erroneous payments, please email us at contact@esahelifoundation.org with your payment reference ID and transaction details within 72 hours.
- After verification, any valid claims will be processed within 7–10 business days, and refunds (if applicable) will be made to the original payment method.

4. Course Access Issues
- The courses are hosted and managed by our partner, Riyaansh Edtech Private Limited (REPL). If you face technical problems in course access after code redemption, please contact us at contact@esahelifoundation.org, and we will coordinate resolution with REPL.
- No refunds are entertained post course code redemption.
