This site is intended for legal and non-commercial use to support EMVF's charitable objectives. By donating via Razorpay, you confirm that:

2. Donation Transactions

All donations are processed securely via Razorpay.

You will receive a transaction confirmation email and an 80G certificate.

For recurring donations, your consent will be explicitly taken at the time of setup.
3. Tax Exemption and Receipts

EMVF is registered under 12A and 80G of the Income Tax Act. Eligible donors will receive a tax-deductible receipt.

It is the donor’s responsibility to provide accurate PAN and address details.
4. Refund Policy

Donations are generally non-refundable. If you made a mistake or duplicated a transaction, please contact us within 7 days at contact@esahelifoundation.org.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 15 business days.
5. Content Ownership and Usage
All text, graphics, logos, and media on the website are owned by EMVF or used with permission. Reproduction or commercial use is not allowed without prior consent.
